Gantry palletizer can palletize cartons, plastic cases, shrink film packages or other packaging pieces on pallets (wood, plastic), automatically stacking multiple layers, then automatically outputting for easy forklift transportation to the warehouse.

The device is controlled by PLC and touch screen control pad for intelligent operation management. It features high automation, simple operation that's easy to master, and can greatly reduce labor requirements and intensity. Designed with focus on high speed, stability, and space-saving efficiency.

Pallet divider uses separate tray system for high speed operation and space savings. One machine serves multiple purposes with quick adjustments, capable of stocking various product specifications.
